We offer two freight methods - standard freight and express freight.

Standard Freight will be sent via a road service. This may be Australia Post or a variety of couriers, depending on your location. Standard freight typically takes 3-10 days, depending on your location. Remote areas can take longer.

Express Freight typically takes 1-3 days for metropolitan areas. A variety of couriers are used to get your product to you as quickly as possible including Fastway, Express Post, and Riteway Express. Express Freight can take longer to reach remote areas. If purchasing a Framed or Canvas Print and you would like it express posted, please purchase Express Postage as a separate product before proceeding to the checkout.

What if my order is damaged during transit? In the rare event that your prints are damaged during transit, they will be replaced at no cost to you, guaranteed.

Do you ship to overseas? No, if you live outside of Australia a Digital Download is the easiest, fastest and safest way to purchase my art. Downloading my images and taking the files to a printer or framer in your country eliminates freight costs, long international transit times and the chance of a freighter damaging your product. 

What payment methods do you accept? PayPal and Credit Card.

How is freight calculated? It is calculated by weight so shipping costs are kept to a minimum when ordering multiple products.

Do you offer other printing sizes other than what is listed? Yes, Please contact me to if you require a specific size across any of the products.. 

Do you roll the Fine Art Prints for transit? No, The safest way to ship fine art prints is to ship them flat with adequate packaging to ensure they cannot be bent during transit. A delicate 300gsm cotton rag fine art paper is used and once it is rolled it does not return to its pristine original condition.
